Life is like a rollercoaster; sometimes in an evenness, sometimes bumpy, sometimes hilly… You see that you scream out of happiness, and then you see a drop falls from your eyes out of fear. While the rollercoaster which we call life is flowing with its own pace, own process, as it is you can’t say “ I want to get out of it” Whatever is coming in this process you must be with it, good or bad, the way you want or the way you don’t, difficult or easy, still or moving…

Can you look at all those bumps and hills; without pushing, without compressing, by staying there, like that, like the way you are. There is no destination to go, nothing to find out, nothing to look for either. The path is yours! Just look at it, let it flow, let it pass, let the tear drop from your eye, let your anger come out like a flame, put down your armour to the side and let your vulnerability seen, let the life you live seen.  May be you are not content with what you saw, let it happen! May be you are not that powerful today, let it happen! May be the meaning has been lost, in the moment you have just found out! Start again from there, even from that moment! What flows to the heart, know that it leads you on a shore that you learn, share and embrace. Whatever flows to the heart unites with other hearts and grows with love and compassion.
